The following are IMIEN information exchange guidelines for inquiry activity.
- Each IMIEN member is encouraged to request information
exchange service from other members at any time by posting a
request form,
according to the format specified in the protocol for information
exchange, to the IMIEN website. The website will
automatically send a fixed format email notification
to all other members as a supplement measure. The type of information
exchange may include basic data collection, comments inquiries,
or any other information sharing. A short introduction/problem
statement is required for a better understanding of the topic under
information exchange service. An expected response date other than three weeks can also be provided if
necessary.
- Each IMIEN member should assign a
coordinator to check on the IMIEN website as well as its own mailbox on each
workday. Whenever there is an information exchange service request
from other members, a prompt and individual reply should be produced
via each member's own internal documents approval process, and then
posted directly to the IMIEN website in return before the expected
response date.
- In case a reply has not been posted
on the website within a month, the website will automatically
send a reminder message to the corresponding members.
- Each IMIEN member shall comply with all
intellectual property rights.
